If it's organic should I be worried?

Cut apples horizontally. 

My newest concern with organic produce I noticed a couple months ago. It was the size of the organic apples. Then it was the organic carrots. Behemoths. Never had I seen organic produce of this size. I wondered about the fertilizers.  I'm not naive enough to think organic means no chemicals.  There is a list organic farmers can use from the GRAS list (generally regarded as safe) -- but did a new chemical get added to the list. I've been on several Facebook groups and others have noticed the same. New bigger than ever organic produce.  Please let it stop.

So this is made with heart of palm. Delicious.
