Toona sandwich. (Kind of like tuna)

So this is made with heart of palm. Delicious. 

This was a big hit. I found the recipe on www.onegreenplanet.org.  It's hearts of palm lobster roll. 

Bacon sandwich

Tofu bacon (not actual bacon), avocado, red pepper spread.  Roasted artichoke

Woke up this morning and thought. People must make bacon out of tofu. 

So. It started off in the stovetop smoker with hickory    (Marinated in tamari with maple syrup) 

Then went to dehydrator.  

Love freezing and thawing juice

I have been pleasantly surprised with how good the juices taste.  I was sure I'd be able to taste a big difference and I couldn't. 

Nothing says good morning like some greens

Mean green juice with added greens. Mean green recipe and then add(spinach Swiss chard parsley dandelion)
