It's Sunday, so this is the day we usually have smoothies.
This smoothie "recipe" -- I got from my daughter. It is pretty ad-hoc. What's in it????
Well.... Today -- Honeydew, dates, carrot, spinach, hemp protein, ice, almond milk, almond butter, macca powder, dehydrated wheat grass, cocoa, and stevia.
once you get over the green color, the taste is surprisingly good!
