typical lunch My answer to "fast food"

It is usually egg or tuna or avocado -- on a ezekiel wrap -- topped with organic greens, pomegranate kernels or cranberries, pumpkin seeds, hemp seed, sprouts and dressing -- wrap it up and it's a wrap!

Today, I threw in some papaya.
