For Christmas, my daughter got me the Forks over Knives cookbook.
I tried the first recipe yesterday. It was a pumpkin pie smoothie! Very good.
I think I'll use pumpkin pie spice next time instead of the cinnamon and nutmeg (called for) -- I think there's cloves and something else in the pumpkin pie spice.
So simple. Ice, almond milk, pumpkin, dates and spice. Quick and easy!
